All purchased items are checked throughly before dispatch to prevent faulty items being sent.
If there is any fault with your item(s), please contact us with full details of the fault within 7 days of delivery date. Once we have received the returned item(s) we will inspect the item(s) and a replacement will be sent. Refund will only be made if we cannot replace the item(s).
Once a name or number has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club.
We are not responsible for sizing issues once the order is confirmed and dispatched.
You may return any item within 7 days of delivery date in its original condition for a full refund of the price you paid for the item. You will need to return the item at your own cost and we will only refund the value of the goods, not including the shipping cost or return shipping cost.
Refund will be made once we have received and checked the item can still be sold. If any labels, packaging etc has been damaged the return will be rejected.
